Terms of service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drymornings.com and the Dry Mornings program, guides, recordings, printable materials, coaching and related services (together, the "Services"). "We", "us" and "our" refer to Dry Mornings. By purchasing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Not medical advice

The Services are educational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Dry Mornings is a behavioural and routine-based program. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. You should speak with your child's pediatrician or doctor about persistent bedwetting — particularly if your child was previously dry at night for six months or longer and started wetting again, or if bedwetting occurs alongside daytime wetting, pain when urinating, unusual thirst, snoring or disrupted breathing during sleep, constipation that does not resolve, or any other symptom that concerns you. Do not stop, start or change any medical treatment based on the Services. If you think your child may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

No guarantee of results

Every child is different. We describe typical experiences and share messages from families who have used the method, but we do not promise any particular outcome or timeframe. Your results depend on your child and on how consistently the program is followed. The only assurance we give is the money-back guarantee set out in our Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom you are using the Services, or otherwise legally authorised to make decisions for that child. The Services are intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children.

Licence and acceptable use

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Products for your own household and for the child named in your intake. You may print materials for your household's use. You may not: copy, resell, sublicense, share, distribute, upload, publicly post, or otherwise make the guides, recordings, trackers or other materials available to anyone outside your household; use the Services to build a competing product or service; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Sharing your account or the materials may result in termination of access without refund.

Intellectual property

All content in the Services — text, recordings, audio, images, method, structure and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout through our payment processor. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown, including applicable taxes. Access to digital materials is provided after successful payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, email, analytics and advertising. Your use of the Services is also subject to those providers' terms and policies where applicable.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
